Privacy Policy
A public summary of how we handle personal data, in accordance with Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013.
Note: this page is an informational summary for site visitors. The full personal-data processing agreement, with the details that apply to each business, is provided and signed as part of the service agreement with each client.
1. Data controller
Nexum Automations, domiciled in Colombia, is the controller responsible for the personal data collected through this website, the contact form, and the contracted services, including the AI Agent for Barbershops.
2. Data we collect
Depending on the channel, we may collect: name, business name, WhatsApp or phone number, email address, and the content of conversations necessary to provide the contracted service (for example, booking, rescheduling, or canceling appointments).
3. Purpose of processing
We use this data to: respond to contact or assessment requests, provide the contracted service, manage the business and contractual relationship, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for purposes other than providing the service.
4. Cookies and analytics tools
This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used — for example, which pages get visited most or from what type of device. These tools use cookies, but we don't associate them with your name, your WhatsApp number, or any other data you leave in the contact form: they're general site-usage statistics, not individual tracking for commercial purposes toward third parties.
You can block these cookies through your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on if you'd prefer not to be included in these statistics.
5. Your rights as a data subject
Under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012, as the subject of your personal data you have the right to:
- Know, update, and correct your personal data.
- Request proof of the authorization granted for the processing of your data.
- Be informed about how your data has been used.
- Revoke your authorization and/or request the deletion of your data, when no legal or contractual duty prevents it.
- Access your personal data free of charge.
- File complaints with Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) for violations of the law.
6. How to exercise your rights

7. Retention
Data is retained for as long as the contractual or business relationship exists, and afterward for as long as the law requires or permits. This policy may be updated; the current version is always published on this page.
